Thickets

 

There are places in the galaxy where magic gathers in wooded areas and, sometimes, a Thicket is formed.  These are areas where the plant life has taken on a certain level of mobility and animal intelligence. Thickets are generally seen as mostly a minor problem for local farmers, hunters, or guards to deal with.  Although they can move they rarely wander far from the place of their roots and their attacks are typically confined to territorial protectiveness.

 

Thickets can take many forms, but usually it’s the smaller trees or larger shrubbery that becomes truly mobile and hostile.  Thickets often attack with thorns, roots, and sap.
