Registration Form and Payments
For player characters (PCs) and cast members/non-player characters (NPCs) alike! Let us know you're coming as soon as possible by clicking on the form and filling out the information.
You do not need to prepay in order to register.
Weekend Events:
Payments: A weekend event (Friday night from 10pm until 12:30pm Sunday) costs $100 for PCs and is free for NPCs.
$10 discount is available for preregistration more than 7 days before the event.
An additional $10 discount is available for Seniors (60+), Firefighters, Police Officers, EMTs, and Students. Only one of these category discounts can be used.
Food Service: The cost for food service is going to be based on food costs closer to the event, but in the past has generally been $42 for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Breakfast on Sunday. We will announce the final price closer to the event.
One Day Events:
Payments: A one day event (Saturday from noon until late night) costs $75 for PCs and is free for NPCs. No discounts are available for one day events.
